Thornfield and The Laurels, Harwell

Thornfield and The Laurels are two almost identical new build houses built to a very high standard right on the Didcot Harwell border. Fairfield bought the land with planning permission for two houses but then further enhanced the planning to improve the size and layout according to our high standards. These houses have a very high EPC rating, with excellent insulation values for very low running costs. The specification is very high, including a Kitchen Stori Kitchen, Siemens appliances including steam oven and a coffee machine!
